Enrollment Verification
Enrollment verifications are used by students for insurance purposes, to defer loans, for scholarships, housing, etc. by indicating a student is enrolled in an academic institution full or half-time. The University of Illinois has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment verification information. Current University of Illinois students may obtain free enrollment verification online.
To enter the secure web site, student will be required to use their enterprise login and password. They will then be redirected to the NSC web site and asked for their name, date of birth, and social security number. Depending on the option they choose, they will receive an instant, ready to print, enrollment verification containing one or all terms of their attendance at the University.
Please note enrollment verifications are not available for the current term until census enrollment data has been submitted and processed (approximately the 15th day after classes begin). Student may request enrollment verifications for previous terms at any time.
Students may use this same site to review enrollment information submitted by the University of Illinois to the Clearinghouse, to view the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to lenders etc. as well as to gain direct access to their loan information via direct links to their lender's web sites.
Student, who cannot or choose not to use this service, may contact the Transcript Unit of the Office of Admissions and Records to obtain enrollment verification by phone at 217-333-9778 or by email. There is no change for either service.
